I had a good one this morning. I decided to not go full out this time since I became very aware of my age and health level after last week's challenge.

E21, random program, level 5
262 cal, 1.89 mi, 30 min

B6, random program, level 5
164 cal, 5.40 mi, 30 min

I followed it up with about 15 minutes of stretching and ab work on the mat.
