I have a lot of hair and at times it can over heat me, so I tend to twist it up in a clip. Well,today, I put it in a poofy pony tail. Wow, I was amazed how long my hair has gotten. That pony tail was long! I measured three and a half hand grips down.

Yeah, I worked that swish of the tail today, lol
