good for a cold rainy day
I'm making slow roasted pork chops marinated in apple cider and spices
Using my huge deep skillet to sauté cabbage in my secret spices (garlic, sweet mesquite dry mix, cracked peppercorn, butter and 2 other things)
And maybe leftover cooked baby carrots that were glazed with apple juice and local honey...or a can of hickory smoked BBQ beans?? I need to decide.
