I knew I wanted something spicy...
I cooked a pot of rice...
then in a pan I sauteed jalapeno sausage, added a small can of corn and a can of chili beans. I sprinkled taco seasoning and cumin into the prepared rice and over the sausage mix....added the sausage mix to the pot....absolute yumminess...
