Mini pepper nachos made with ground beef seasoned with smoked parika and cayenne with a blend of shredded cheese ( http://www.butchfemmeplanet.com/foru...&postcount=298)
and raw brussel sprout slaw made with shredded brussel sprouts, juice from a fresh lemon, olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. Very yummy food!
