A little peace in a world that won't stop talking.
Had a tense, busy morning seeing my hospice patients. It just seemed like all of their needs were bearing down on me. I remembered our small chapel on the grounds of our church sanctuary. Stopped in and no one was in there. I was able to sit peacefully and meditate. What a difference it made in my heart and my attitude. That made me smile today.
