Didn't much feel like working out today. So I thought I'd keep it simple.

I came home after work and did the Day 3 5-min workout. Those workouts are pretty good for just 5 minutes.

Then I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes. I was aiming for 20-30, but the bike is terrible. I need a new in-home exercise equipment. I was thinking about the Bowflex TreadClimber, but I don't know if I want to spend that kind of money.

Finished off with some basic ab work. It wasn't much, but something for today.
