7.5 hours of cleaning a mc mansion all.by.myself. (typically I have a helper)

A LOT of up and down the stairs. I told the home owner I want to get a pedometer to see just how many steps I take while I'm there...she laughed

I don't think I have it in me to do the h.i.i.t workout tonight....maybe yoga in a bit...maybe
