Last night I fixed poached fish with garlic and herbs, then cooked a pot of string beans with smoked bacon and onions with Cajun seasonings then dinner rolls. I had a spring mix salad with mine, my son had a caramel flan for desert. For tonight, I have no idea as of yet.
