Left over treats from the weekend barbecue: smoked artichoke hearts, smoked Salmon, Lime jello cheesecake pie (2 slices!), and a small, early season, potato casserole - which was made with mozzarella cheese and jalapeño and a toasted almond crust. Simply divine.
