Well, I've been off the wagon for the last 6 weeks due to travel etc..
Now I'm home for a bit and need to get back into a routine. I have been getting my river walks in when in town, but now I need to get at least into cardio 4-5x per week in addition to that. Pants are tight.
Starts tomorrow since today I have to do all the running around to get set back up here, but I know it's going to feel good to get back into it. I think I'll switch away from watching the tvs though, I've gotten into the audiobook habit with long drives and am enjoying it, also better for the brain.
