I made chicken two ways:
bbq
and mango ginger chutney glazed....cuz....I'm not so sure about the mango chutney thing...so I have a back up plan...cuz I'm HUNGRY after my hike!
on the side:
buttered egg noodles with frozen peas cooked in with them...
back to basics night...
Moose tracks froyo for dessert...soo even if dinner sucks...there's that!
