Jeff Bezos, by way of Amazon (a company he started in his garage), has changed the game with online shopping … and I’m here for it.
Amazon has set the standard for buying and returning items online. What a difference this has made for so many.

PS: Bruno and I used to talk shit about people who were always returning items to Amazon (thinking of a lovely niece of mine who spends lots of time at the USP store). I’m sure we’ll take up where we left off when he returns.
