Had an okay ride this morning. Pulled a muscle in my upper hip a few days ago. It's gotten better, but am still not up to par. I expect to be at my best in a week or so. Takes a little time to fully heal.
Clocked in 4.3 miles in 22 minutes and here are my numbers for the last 7 days:
