I have a missing documentation for one workout but it's basically the same as what I've listed so far.

Elliptical: 296 cal, 2.20 mi, 35:00 min, 15:53 pace, level 13. I used a different program to break up the monotony.

Elliptical: 181 cal, 1.54 mi, 25:00 min, 16:13 pace, level 10. New program still. Then, I hopped on the water rower but there's something wonky with it. The pull strap was making noises like it needed to be lubricated and two of the measurements was not showing up on the screen. Water rower: 40 stroke rate, 12.0 intensity (mph), 1.1 miles and 6 min total. The sound of the belt was too annoying to stay on it any longer.

Elliptical: 141 cal, 1.27 mi, 20:00 min, 15:42 pace, level 11 followed by approximately 45 min of circuit training and then more elliptical: 170 cal, 1.44 mi, 25:00 min, 17:23 pace, level 11.

I've gone back to my 6 day a week regimen. It is fine so far.
