I made an tuna salad, out of albacore tuna, vegan mayo, finely chopped celery, Chia and Flax seeds, and about a tablespoon of tumeric powder. It's very tasty, and I'm using it with organic Late July corn chips, for my lunch today.
Eta: I'm weaning myself off all meat type sources, so this is the last of the tuna I had on hand.
