Today was a good one. I needed it after my recent 3 days off.
15 min warm up on treadmill followed about an hour of lower body and ab training and then another 45 minutes on the treadmill with inclining.
All in all, about 323 calories sweated away forever and 2.98 miles walked and climbed plus whatever I burned during the weighted portion of the program.
