This is some suggestions/ideas/thoughts from nanners, she asked me to post for her!

Thanks for making me look at this in a whole different light nanners!!

What about instead of looking at months, how about going by say, 3 projects to have to sit out participating? It would be the responsibility of the participant to know when that time frame is up & be able to participate again...still could be someone who wants to keep up with this as well.

This is an excellent suggestion.

Anyone else?
