Had a good ride this morning while listening to a Cicely Tyson memoir. This was an okay week for riding.
Am having longer rides with added tension to try and build muscles around knees, but I might be pushing it with the tension. Will reduce the tension next week and focus on spinning.
– Rode 23 miles in 2hrs
– 300 arm rolls
My knees are so much better than they were 2 years ago and mostly because of the exercise bike.
