It is as though they could care less who hears their entire conversation in the totally not-private bathroom, but secondly, what about the person on the other end of the phone??
Oh for the peace and quiet of a no-cell public bathroom!!
This is when I curse the invention!

Not to mention they are schmearing their bathroom germs all over the phone which gets schmeared all over their face and very few of those folks, in my personal experience, seem to care about washing their hands afterwards too.
Total ick fest.
