I made spaghetti pie with two ounces of linguini, cooked al dente, three ounces of soyrizo, two whole eggs, four egg whites, and one quarter cup of shredded mozzarella, poured into a pan sprayed with vegetable oil, sprinkled with two tablespoons of grated parmesan, baked for 30 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
