Yesterday...
- coffee and breakfast for me....rest of the house is sleeping
- logged in for work....5 conference calls, 2 "fire drills" and some spreadsheets
- 10 minutes on the Mobia
- showered off the sweat
- started tracking my eating on FitDay (again)
- fed the outdoor kitty
- fed the indoor critters
- made dinner
- went to see Transformers 3 with Scoote
- talked to Rooster from his DC conference
- bed
