cooking for self tonight
Tonight, cooking for myself:
baked chicken drumsticks
sauteed chopped spinach and celery
with onion, garlic, and olive oil
I serve this with a small salad
of romaine lettuce, shredded
carrots, raisins, and olives
with mango chutney...
and ...mint tea.
