Procrastinating. Officially I am catching up on paperwork but in reality, not really.

I know this isn't the CIJS thread but anyway.... CIJS, If procrastination were a country I would be her Queen.

Also, I am wondering why my phone does not capitalise the first letter in a post. There is plenty capitalising going on when I don't want it but when I do, nooooo, do it yourself Queen of Procrastination!
