Satin.
Any and all glass, especially if it's cold.
Puppy tummies.
Running water. If I have time I will keep my hands in the water while running a bath.
Beads. I like to wrap strings of beads around my fingers or pull them through a closed hand or push my hands into bowls of beads. Glass are best but porcelain works too. (plastic works if that's all there is)
My hair. I twirl, gently pull my hair when I'm tired or stressed or if I have a headache. It soothes me.
