I've seen a couple of such concepts over the years. It looks like great fun too. The fixed upright position would sure make the whole operation so much easier.
The Skatecycle looks fun in and of itself and I'd love a go but for myself I prefer the challenge and core workout of the rather more unstable one wheel.
