NY Central Park, 7
Yes, missing NY and Central Park, Prospect Park...
the women of NY, their intelligence, creativity, resourcefulness,
hell, sensualness...damn I miss NY.
Running 7mi daily, except for hill work, tempo runs,
intervals...in this high desert...big sky...seeing the finish
line...and missing the ocean of my island home.
So, tomorrow...bike for an hour, works out a different
set of leg muscles...and an easy 5mi run.
