I did 40 minutes on the stair master. I did 5-4-3-2-1 x 2min x 4 sets! It was easy today. Sometimes there are just days like that, where one can add on an extra set and not have any problems. Good feeling!

There is a mother-daughter pair that was there who I see all the time. They look beautiful and rich but they are not snobby. They are so kind and friendly to me. It is always a pleasure to see them. I *want* to hate them but, alas, it's impossible
It sucked not to stretch but my mom is visiting from Ohio and had just arrived, so I simply did not have time! Tomorrow perhaps I will take her to my gym. That should be interesting.
