My mom loved it but she also loved pickled pigs feet so take that with a grain of salt.

Mine would use buttermilk in some cake recipes, too. She didn’t eat pigs feet but would roast or bake them for my dad and sister.
I’d pass on the feet, but would enjoy a small bowl of chit’lin’s with a little hot sauce. Maybe I’ll order some for the New Year.
