I make better decisions, have gotten better at handling my anxiety and have learned to let go.

Independence, I suppose.

A compassionate, empathetic being capable of endless things.

Genuinely caring about people.

My brother, and parents.

I couldn't say, but I hope I've made even more progress.

Family and friends.

Sense of humor, honesty, compassion

That list is endless.

To be a mom.

Nap, cry or sing. Or all of them.

Probably when my grandpa died.

Taking care of myself.

I try, but I consistently have to retry not bottling up my feelings.

The whole group mentality thing that happens.

That I'm cold or arrogant because I can be shy. And sometimes my sarcasm/sense of humor is misinterpreted.

Self-worth.

Chapstick

My cousin, my aunt. Many people that passed.

I need to start going to therapy again.

Surviving.

So many things! Career aspirations pop into mind first.
