In my daily readings across the web, I somehow have come across Roy Disney (Walt’s older brother), as Roy’s way of processing life, which has been cited in numerous literature studies done on mimicry (the unconscious stuff we copy from others we like or are attracted to).

I liked two quotes by Roy Oliver Disney (ROD) and his son Roy E Disney(RED):

“It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are,” (ROD)


“It’s not the magic that makes it work: it’s the way we work that makes it magic,” encapsulates the essence of success. Often, we tend to attribute achievements solely to the element of magic or luck, disregarding the hard work and determination behind them(RED).
