Just a reminder - without signed forms, Mary can do nothing unless you have a legal relationship of which I'm unaware. If you have a second cousin twice removed, they can become your decision maker if no other family is available. Get the forms signed and notarized. (note to self: need to update these from my ex-wife to someone else dang it.)
