Way to go, Gemme! I try to always eat a banana before going to the gym, or some sort of high potassium fruit. It helps.

I met with a new trainer today. I hadn't expected too much but I was really impressed with her ability to tune into parts of my body that are really tight from scar tissue and she got me into some really good stretches. I'm going to start working with her weekly
