But tomorrow night, I'm switching it up. I've got an huge block of firm tofu, marinating in this hot, hot Plum Sauce and I plan to cut it up and skewer it on kabob sticks and grill them in the oven until they taste better than Asian cuisine you'd find and pay a pretty price for.
