Had a good ride this morning and some okay rides this week.
Haven't been enjoying my rides lately. So I made an adjustment to one goal and it made a difference.
Instead of aiming to ride 30-minute/6 miles, I've returned to my 5-mile goal that can be completed in any amount of time. It's the small shift I needed to make riding more enjoyable. I can always increase the time or milage later.
This week's numbers, including today are:
– Rode 29.2 miles in 2 hrs 25 minutes
– 65 arm rolls
