i'm going to :
1. join every free exercise and self-help group i can find
2. i'm going to borrow ( and return ) a lot of diy books
3.i'm going to dump any guilt i might have and stop worrying about why i'm not a better person than i am.
GM3 things in your house that you'd throw out immediately if you could just find someone to help you lift them.
