forced self to go to the gym and do some of the routines that my trainer set up for me. Did some, didn't do as many as I like but I can saw I am feeling "the burn" in my abs and although they are not looking like a "6 pack" they are starting to get some definition. I am really pleased that way my lats and biceps are developing. So much so that I never wanted to wear sleeveless shirts before to show them off but find my self wanting to.
