Yesterday: 30 minutes stair master, followed by 30 minutes leg and back strengthening with weights. While on the stair master I lost my nextflix connection so I was trying to figure that out while at the same time... going up "stairs." I'm always worried that being distracted by something will make me go slower, so I overcompensate and go faster.
