How about the exercise that should have been;
I should have started my cardio/run training yesterday.
I should have progressed my strength and conditioning workout plans today.

Instead .. I got a workout that only Mother Nature can provide

, shovelling snow and shaving and breaking ice for 3hrs.
A few days later -- catch a cold,

Waiting for it to pass so I can begin.
