Good on you, GeorgiaMa'am. That sounds like good progress to me. Hope it gets easier.
Had a good workout this morning and this week was a really good week because I did a full cardio workout each day. Here are my numbers for the week:
– Rode 35.1 miles in 2.5 hrs
– 34m of curls with hand weights
– 460 arm rolls
– 23 crunches on the bed
Would like to do a cardio workout each day till I move. We'll see.
