Already the light seemed changed this am
for my run...I count every foot strike...every
mile a blessing for which I'm grateful for...and
also remind myself that it has been my love of
this movement we call running, jogging, walking
...a moving love embrace...and that I love myself
for continuing to say "Yes!".
