I lost my keys and could not unlock/open my desk drawers at work for days. Finally took my hammer drill and carbide bits into work yesterday. At lunch, I discreetly and so quietly drilled out the lock. It left a horribly gouged out, raggedy hole about the size of a half dollar. I can get into my desk drawers now. The guys at work call me Bob the Builder. LOL!

Of course I was joking about the discreet and quiet part. If our "Maw Maw" did not go to lunch yesterday and heard it, I bet she somehow found out what I did and reported me for destroying property. She tattle-tales on me every chance she gets! I will know by end of the day on Monday. Think I will take in a piece of metal and cover the hole, tidy it up first thing Monday morning before 8:00 a.m.

It is lame to call in a trouble ticket on equipment. One time I called twice about wobbly tables in the breakroom. After 2 weeks, non of these lazy men responded so I corrected the wobbles myself ... took all of 20 minutes using gorilla glue and some thin, customized pieces of wood I cut from 2x4's. Never a problem since!
