Here on the central west coast of Florida, Fall is anything but flamboyant! Just the same, there are subtle hints if you look hard enough.
There is more of a sea breeze, especially at night, so it is a couple of degrees cooler.
Apples, pears and citrus are coming into season here, so the prices will drop and the fruits will be much more abundant soon. FL Avocados too!
Daytime temps start to slowly drop too. I look forward to 70's temps instead of high 80's.
Watching the squirrels, who are busy with their cheeks packed full and still trying to fit another piece in.
The grass slows it's growth so it only needs cutting biweekly! YAY!
Being able to actually open a few windows in the late evening for a few hours.
Soon it will be cool enough to grow some herbs and a few veggies.
Best of all, it will soon be cool enough to camp comfortably without ac!
