1 Frozen banana
Approx. 1 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla
3 Pitted medjool dates, honey or maple syrup
These are approximate measurements since I just eyeball everything. You can add or modify this recipe to your liking.
Sometimes I add a nut butter or sneak in some veggies or fruit. It all depends on how hungry I am or what I'm craving.
