Better than I have for the past couple of days. Watching the Kavenaugh trial wrecked me. I can't even get into it but it dragged me and kicked me around hard. I took yesterday off as a mental health day and I really needed that. I didn't really get functioning until I got together with some girlfriends in the evening. We all were shellshocked.
