My son's gf took me out to lunch and I had a burger dip (like a French dip only made with hamburger instead of roast beef) with American cheese, fries, a side of bacon and a side of tomato slices. I ate too much but practiced self restraint by not taking any of the left overs home. Which was extremely difficult for me to do. Not because I wouldn't have the left overs to eat, I was too stuffed to think to care about that at the moment, but because I hate wasting food. Anyhow no dessert because along with being too full I'm on a diet. Which is why on the way home we stopped to pick up milk and Little Debbie snack cakes, the Zebra kind. Later tonight I'll have sugared strawberries and milk for dinner but there's always tomorrow and I have to think about breakfast.
