I was given one last year and it annoyed me. I didn't find sitting and coloring, even complex coloring pages, to be fun or relaxing. However, I got my daughter an extreme dot to dot activity book for Christmas and after looking at it I was like wow- this could be it for me.
Something like this. So I'm going to give that a whirl with the same concept of something to relax and quiet the mind (which I need) but not a coloring book.
