went out for lunch to the Garden Grill (it's a vegan restaurant near here.. I have tried a lot of his dishes and if I could cook like this chef I would easily be vegan) and went with something light and basic: an Avocado, cucumber, tomato, black olives, and alfalfa sprouts, with cucumber dressing on a homemade bun with a few potato wedges on the side.
Oh and a brownie
