2 Tbsps. honey or maple syrup (according to taste!)
1 cup. (Quaker) oats
2 Tbsps. wheat germ or ground flax seeds
2 Tbsps. (Mounds)coconut
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
pinch sea salt

In saucepan heat gently the peanut butter, and honey. Til warm and mixed together well-
In bowl mix well oats, wheatgerm/flaxseeds, and coconut-
Combine dry and wet ingredients together. Form balls and roll in cocoa, coconut or (finely)crushed cheese crackers, shaved chocolate. Store covered in refrigerator for one week. Great for on the go breakfast and snacks
