Well, I finally got back to it!
Elliptical stats: 348 cal, 3.36 mi, 45:00 min, average pace of 13:24 mph.
I started with 30 minutes on the elliptical but as the time ticked down, I felt strong enough to do more so I did.
Afterwards, I felt super fantastic. Gotta love endorphins.
